For those of you out there who are managing your own SEP Simple plan for your business, here is your friendly reminder. It is time again to provide to your employees Form 5305-SIMPLE “Savings Incentive Match Plan for Employees of Small Employers (SIMPLE) – for Use With a Designated Financial Institution”. The financial institution you are using to invest the plan with should have prompted you already and sent you the signed form to populate and then provide to your employees.
